When further investigation is warranted, MFIG helps turn unanswered questions into practical next steps. We identify missing evidence needed to assess the patient’s prior condition and ongoing limitations, explain where and how to request records, and help clients prepare appropriate questions for treating providers. As new information arrives, we update the investigation packet to document supporting evidence, address competing explanations, and identify remaining gaps—helping legal teams evaluate the claim and prepare their strategy. When physician expertise is needed, we prepare a focused packet for independent review by a specialty-matched physician and coordinate expert opinions, declarations, deposition support, and trial testimony as appropriate.
